Public Comment
A public comment period is held during the monthly workshop but residents must sign up no later than 5:15 p.m. Citizens that sign up are allowed to speak to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen about any issue they feel needs to be addressed. Citizens are allowed up to three (3) minutes to speak.
Another public comment period is also held during the monthly regular meeting but residents must sign up no later than 5:45 p.m. Citizens that sign up are allowed to speak to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen about any issue they feel needs to be addressed. Citizens are allowed up to three (3) minutes to speak.

Public Hearings
Any required public hearings for ordinances are typically held at 5:30 p.m., prior to the monthly regular meeting. At a public hearing, all citizens may speak on the specific ordinance that is on the public hearing agenda. Occasionally, public hearings may be held prior to a special meeting. Please be sure to check the Calendar for any upcoming meetings.
