Overview
The Board of Zoning Appeals is responsible for hearing and making decisions on issues regarding the zoning ordinance of the city. These issues are usually requests for variances from the zoning or sign ordinance, or requests for special exceptions that are allowed by the Zoning Ordinance. This Board also hears appeals regarding administrative decisions made by the Codes Department.
This board consists of 5 members. Currently this board meets as needed on the last Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Board Room.
