Shane Stott is the manager over the sewer collection system. This team is responsible for maintaining and repairing any city sewer lines in the city. 

Report an Issue

  • To report problems with water or sewer lines, call 615-793-9891, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • For emergencies (water or sewer line breaks, etc.) after hours, call 615-793-9891 and press option 9.
  • If your water or sewer has been shut off due to non-payment, please call the billing department at 615-793-5932, to schedule a reconnection.
