To report problems with water or sewer lines, call 615-793-9891, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For emergencies (water or sewer line breaks, etc.) after hours, call 615-793-9891 and follow the prompts to notify water or sewer after hours staff.
If your water or sewer has been shut off due to non-payment, please call the billing department at 615-793-5932, to schedule a re-connection.

To sign up for La Vergne City Water / Sewer service, residents and business owners must come to the Water / Sewer billing office at Public Works and Community Development Services Facility, located at 1500 E. Nir Shreibman Blvd. during regular Business Hours.
