Rental Details
Be advised to schedule early because the facilities are very popular among La Vergne residents.
Reservations may be made online or by phone, email, or fax for 7 business days, however the building fee must be paid within those 7 business days to confirm your reservation. You must be 21 years old to rent any facility - building or pavilion.

Amenities
The Multi-Purpose Building is located behind La Vergne City Hall, by the ball fields.
It is a brick building including a kitchenette and other amenities:
- 15 Tables
- 150 Chairs
- Commercial Sink
The walls are block and painted sand with stylish framed acoustic-filters. The usable space in the building is 70 by 40 feet which equals to 2,800 square feet. Capacity is 200 people, as noted by the City Fire Marshal.
