Property Tax Collection Begins

The La Vergne Tax Department has begun collecting property taxes as of October 1. 

There are multiple ways to make payment including check, e-check, cash, money order and credit/debit card payments in the office. You can also make payments online, by telephone (877-580-5923), or checks and money orders (no cash) can be placed in the drop box located to the left of City Hall's back door.

Property taxes are due by February 28, 2025. Any taxes paid after this date will accrue late fees. The current tax rate is $0.5363 per $100 assessed value. To learn the exact amount of your annual property taxes, contact the Tax Department at 615-793-3388.
